This song is an offering to honor the body... my body... your body - if you wish; the body that houses, shields, breathes and teaches of the Soul, Light and L O V E within. I am learning that my body's hurts and discomforts are messengers calling me home to the worlds of healing resources and connections within me. I am learning there is healing in every breath I am aware of. I am more able to slow, pause, meditate and practice listening for the powerful child I Am.
